PET SITTING PET SITTING CONTRACT - AUTHORIZATION

2.- If by any reason the pet sitting period has to be prolonged, I authorize the pet sitting extra days charge.

3.- I declare to know the Pet Camp Regulations (*).

4.- Daily price includes premium food, not if the pet eats a special medicated food or a specific kind of food. If this is the case, the pet´s owner must provide the necessary amount of food for the period that the pet stays at Hotel. The same conditions are required for pet´s medication.

5.- Toys, blankets, clothes, beds or any other accessories are not allowed, because they are included in the pet sitting service, however, if the owner insist, it is declared that they could be bitten and damaged by the dog or cat, for that reason maybe they won`t be return. The owner must accept that loss.

6.- If during my pet´s pet sitting care period, unexpected events happen, such as intense illness, chronic illness, trauma or any other kind of similar event that require medical procedure, I allow the realization of it, if the veterinarian thinks is necessary.

7.- Also I allow the administration of anesthetics and medicine if it is necessary.

8.- I declare to know the cost of these procedures, i accept responsibility for it, as well as the costs of unexpected events according to the veterinarian.

9.- I authorize the use of my pet´s pictures during her/his stay at the Hotel for WOU Vets publicity.

10.- The services company is not responsable in case of pet`s loss or death by chance or force majeure. Neither in the case of pet´s death, when state of longevity at the time of pet sitting is visible. Also the service company will be exempt from guilt in events that may happen, during pet sitting period, related to the pet´s behavior, such as: aggressiveness towards people, other animals or itself; tendency to escape; etc.

11 - In case of pet´s loss, death or illness, the services company don´t return money.

I have read and I accept  the terms. Both parts will have a copy of this contract- authorization.
